2023 Online Registrations are Now Open!

Based on history and interest, individual categories will have a limited number of slots. Bands are unlimited, however we strongly recommend that bands pre-register. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis until the category is filled. Regardless of the number of entries, registration will end 15 minutes before the stage time for each competition.  The festival management reserves the right to adjust maximum numbers if needed.  Avoid standing in line next year by pre-registering.

As an individual competitor or leader of a band, I have read the rules and agree to abide by them. I also grant permission to the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce, Happy Valley Fiddlers Convention, and the Caldwell County government and the Caldwell Arts Council to develop and distribute news releases, pictures and audio/video footage of me and any of my band members for use by the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce and Caldwell County without any limitation, reservation, liability, or compensation. I understand that I am submitting and agreeing to these terms on behalf of all the individuals that perform in my band and that I have consent to sign for them.
